This hotel is right at the shore at Praia do Futuro in Fortaleza. It is away from the main strip called BeiraMar, which makes it quieter. The hotel is older and the area is runned down. Basic, but works as a bargain place to stay.

Below average but good for budget

Location is pretty good. It’s just 3 blocks from popular CrocoBeach. The hotel is run down, needs paint, needs newer decor. My room had 2 small windows facing interior shaft with hanging wires(?). The buffet breakfast is way below what other hotels offer. But if you’re on a budget it would do.

O peicipal defeito o Hotel não ter Elevador. O hotel só oferece o lençol que cobre a cama, um lençol fino e que não cumpre a função, para pedir uma manta é necessário alugar uma manta por R$ 10, porém a manta é velha. O café da manhã eram tipos de comidas limitados, apenas 3 tipos de recheio para pães sendo o molho de salsicha requentado de 1 ou 2 dias atrás. ALUGANDO A UM PREÇO BOM VALE A PENA A DURMIDA, JA QUE A LOCALIZAÇÃO É BOA.

A acomodação é razoável, precisa melhorar a limpeza do ar condicionado, fornecer a manutenção necessária. Melhorar as instalações elétricas, poucas tomadas funcionavam. Entretanto tem um bom café da manhã, o quarto é limpo.

Fiquei insatisfeito no geral, salvo café da manhã e equipe de funcionários. O hotel não possui elevadores e estacionamento. O quarto, quando abri, tinha cheiro de mofo, depois melhorou. As toalhas eram velhas, manchadas e rasgadas, não posso afirmar que estavam limpas. No banheiro o sabonete se coloca na janela ao tomar banho, não colocaram sabonetera????As janelas do banheiro não possuem cortina ou algo que empessa vista de prédios vizinhos.

Funcionário da recepção com má vontade, sem interesse de resolver, respostas negativas. Quarto totalmente mofado, cheio forte e horrível, trocou por outro, que disse que era o único disponível com colchão velho e quebrado, tive de colocar um travesseiro embaixo pra não cair do colchão. Box do chuveiro sempre alagado, acredito que água do ar condicionado ia pra box, ralo no lado contrário da queda d'água, experiência horrível

Café de manhã muito bom. Piscina infelizmente só pega sol bem cedo. Funcionários atenciosos. Difícil atendimento do restaurante durante o uso da piscina. Quarto, tudo funcionando, com pequenos problemas que não atrapalham por exemplo a porta com problema pra fechar e o gesso furado por algum vazamento do ar condicionado no gesso. Mas o quarto totalmente funcional, geladeira boa, ar condicionado bom e chuveiro funcionando muito bem. Vista boa. Podia ter uma mesa no quarto e um cabideiro no banheiro. Gostei bastante e voltarei com certeza.
