Una experiencia decepcionante y desagradable. Este lugar no merece ni una estrella. Reservé este hotel pensando que un "3 estrellas" ofrecería al menos condiciones mínimas de higiene y mantenimiento, pero me encontré con todo lo contrario. La primera habitación que me asignaron tenía un olor insoportable a humedad, los muebles estaban visiblemente viejos, desgastados y mal cuidados, y las toallas estaban percudidas y viejas. Pedí un cambio de habitación con la esperanza de mejorar la situación, pero el nuevo cuarto tenía un fuerte olor a cloaca proveniente del baño. Ambas habitaciones presentaban condiciones de insalubridad preocupantes: Hongos visibles en los sifones del lavabo y en la tubería de la regadera. Plaga de insectos (hormigas u otra especie) dentro de la habitación. Visagras oxidadas, taza del baño deteriorada, y azulejos sueltos en la ventana del baño. Todo esto claramente indica un grave descuido en el mantenimiento y la limpieza. La experiencia fue tan incómoda que resultó difícil descansar. Este hotel no cumple con los estándares mínimos que se esperan de una categoría 3 estrellas, ni siquiera para un hospedaje básico. Es urgente que hagan una revisión profunda de sus instalaciones y condiciones de higiene antes de seguir recibiendo huéspedes. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Estacionamento

Ao reservar o hotel coloquei no filtro a questão do estacionamento, pois estava de carro viajando em familia. Ao chegarmos no hotel descobrimos que as vagas eram rotativas (não tinha nem 10 no total). No primeiro dia conseguimos vaga, no segundo precisamos deixar o carro.fora na rampa do hotel e no ultimo dia a opção que nos deram foi estacionar em uma clinica no outro lado da rua, porém precisariamos retirar bem cedo antes da mesma abrir. A sugestao foi acordar as 6horas da manhã para fazer isso e quando questionei sobre estacionamento no hotel o recepcionista disse que em Fortaleza os turistas em sua maioria chegavam de avião
