O café da manhã é mto bem servido, as acomodações tbm mto boas, uma dica que deixo é avisem os hóspedes sobre as barrinhas e castanhas que vcs deixam no quarto, por que não tem uma tabela de valores e assim como eu pensei que fosse de boas vindas, outros tbm pensam ! A localização é ótima, o quarto precisa urgente de uma troca de colchões, muito desconfortável parece aquele colchão de mola bem antigo que já está todo esburacado, o café da manhã é bem fraco quase nada de opções, o que salva são as tapiocas feitas na hora, porém tem dia que é uma senhora bem mal humorada e antipatica que serve as tapiocas, muito triste por que é ruim começar o dia com uma pessoa mal humorada ti atendendo, porém o pessoal da recepção está de parabéns, muito educados e prestativos, assim como a camareira que limpava nosso quarto. Dicas: trocar os colchões é melhor o café da manhã.

Fui encantado na nossa estadia de uma noite no Magna. Estávamos "de passagem" por Fortaleza e escolhemos o Magna para passarmos a noite e curtir um pouco a beira mar, fomos muito bem recebidos desde a chegada até a saída. Mas preciso registrar uma situação que ocorreu que nos encantou. Um funcionário cujo não lembrei de perguntar o nome, nós atendeu de forma espetacular, a nossa necessidade era esquentar o frango do bebê para que pudéssemos dar a ele, mas o atendente não só esquentou o frango como também nos trouxe em pratos numa bandeja com talheres e aí que nos deixou encantados. Obrigado pela receptividade e com certeza voltaremos. Gostaria de que esse recado chegasse ao funcionário do hotel.

A equipe de atendimento é gentil. Café da manhã e localização muito boas. No entanto, tive problema em todos os dias da estadia com acesso ao elevador, pois não funcionava no 5º andar. Em alguns casos, fiquei quase 15min esperando para poder subir. E tive que repetir a mesma situação para todos os funcionários (parece algo que já tem conhecimento, mas que o hotel vai empurrando para resolver). Quarto antigo. A porta do banheiro não trava direito e com o vento, ficava batendo o tempo todo (não tem como fechar o basculante, pois estava quebrado, então tive que prender com uma toalha para poder dormir). Piscina e jacuzzi bastante sujas e com limo. No geral, o custo/benefício não compensou.
