We had a wonderful stay! The beach behind the resort was delightful, and the morning breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly, and we loved the convenience of the hop-on hop-off service to Beach Park Aqua Park.

Family of 6, from the U.S., staying 3 nights. The hotel is very dated and needs a makeover. The beds were hard but that seems to be common in Brazil. There seems to be a lack of amenities at hotels in Brazil. No washcloth, no tissues, no stationary. For what this room costs I expected more and in a little better condition. The area is very quiet, but I wouldn't recommend walking anywhere. The positives: The location on the beach is great. Breakfast was very good and so was dinner. Shuttle runs to Beach Park every 15 minutes. The staff were very friendly and tried their best with English. Family suite has connecting rooms with 3 beds in the other room and its own bathroom. That alone is perfect for families.

Hotel at the beach

The Hotel location was perfect for me and my family. It was right at the beach and only a short walk along the beach to the waterpark beach park. The hotel was nice but needs some upgrading. Friendly staff and good security, activities for the children gave a nice break time for us parents. The breakfast and dinner buffet had å good variety and where nice prepared. I was disappointed that the hotel or Beach Park did not sell Brazilian beer, the brands offered I can get all over the world. When I am in a country I like to taste the local brands.

Hotel in bad condiciona, the show we is the worst I’ve ever seen in this cathegory of hotel. I asked to extend in 1hour my check out due to the flight time and considering that I was with a child and a fee of 100 reais was charged. Besides this, the costs at the restaurante are completely unacceptable and out of reality.

Localização perfeita, atendimento excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, acomodações impecáveis. Só deixaria uma sugestão: no quarto triplo eles deveriam por a cama de solteiro próxima a de casal, onde está localizada, numa especia de ante-sala, o ar condicionado não chega e fica insustentável dormir no local.

Faz 8 anos que frequento esse Oceani e de 2 anos para cá, a qualidade caiu, esta horrível, desde o café da manhã sem opções como na janta , falta talheres , mesa suja e se não bastasse reservamos horário da janta e quando fomos comer a sobremesa havia acabado e não tinha reposição, ou seja reserve o horário das 18hs porque se passar deste horário e acabar a refeição fica sem . Ja foi bom , pelo preço tem opções melhores na região. Sandro

Hotel muito limpo e organizado, as estrutura é boa e esta bem conservada. Quartos com alguns itens que necessitam de reparo, principalemente com relação a móveis e as janelas. Café da manhã, e jantar são muito bons, com boa variedade e comida muito saborosa. Toda equipe do hotel foi extremamente prestativa e atenciosa. Um ponto de atenção, me cobraram para usar toalhas de piscina. Achei abusivo um hotel dessa categoria com uma diária bem alta cobrar taxa para usar toalhas de piscina.

Atendimento e alimentação são o forte deles. Só não foi possível utilizar o parque, pois estava fechado nos dias da estadia. Vale muito a pena meia pensão, o jantar é um espetáculo, gostamos muito. A praia é ótima, mas somente no horário de maré baixa. Tem uma foz do rio bem próximo, ótima para banho, deserta todas as vezes que fomos, local lindo demais.

O hotel informa que não é permitido fumar nas dependências!! Porém os fumantes estão fumando em todas às areas do hotel, e mesmo com a minha reclamação e observação, o hotel não tomou providências!!! Apenas me trocou de quarto, devido o quarto ao lado possuir fumantes, e cheiro de cigarro!! O ar condicionado com as paletas e filtro sujos!! Vazamento no banheiro, box não fechava, pia vazando e ralo com a tampa solta. Preços abusivos, água mineral e coco. Pombos e pardais no restaurante!! Cachorros de dormindo embaixo das mesas. Alarmes das fechaduras das portas disparando e sem providências!!
