We were given 2 hand towels none for shower. Shower never got warm. Handsink doesn't stay on automatically. TV was on snow screen when we arrived at 2am to light the room. Toilet paper got soaked from shower overspray and leaky sink. Bug in the honey and egg shells in the scrambled egg buffet. No soap or shampoo, but the cold shower wasn't enticing anyways

Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

Horrible Hotel

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment, the room was very small, some lights were not functional, wi-fi was very intermittent. There are far much better hotels at the same cost in the area.

Ótima localização, pessoal bem atencioso, o Gil e Paulo e as Camareiras super bem atenciosos, chegamos antes podemos guardar as malas antes de iniciar a estadia e quando fomos embora como vôo ia sair bem mais tarde podemos deixar as malas guardadas no hotel. Pertinho de tudo da pra ir andando pela orla e bem pertinho do Mercado Central.

Pontos positivos desta propriedade: localização (é bem próximo à praia, bairro 'seguro'); café da manhã (boa variedade de opções de frutas, pães e tapioca, omelete e crepioca feita na hora), atendimento (equipe de recepção e de cozinha muito prestativos e atenciosos) e cama confortável. A estrutura é antiga, ficamos no quarto 501, próximo à cozinha e bem barulhento, chuveiro à conta gotas. A limpeza deixou à desejar, encontramos barata morta dentro do frigobar quando chegamos e sempre haviam baratas rondando pelo quarto. Existe opção de estacionamento pago, porém sem cobertura e sem muita segurança, pois o portão fica sem tranca.

O ar condicionado estava perfeito, o problema foi a infraestrutura do prédio e as acomodações. Cortinas sujas, atendimento não satisfatório. O turista fica sem soluçao para as reclamações. Não tem tv a cabo, mesmo os canais abertos não estavam funcionando , fora do ar.
