2 bedroom apartment e3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and well furnished balcony, tv, within the Risort with large recreation area, swimming pools, bars, restaurants, food court, near grocery stores, small beach, Cofeco beach, japan beach, next to the water park Beach Park, 18 km from Fortaleza. We have a game room, kayaks for the river lovely walk inside the condo, plus a lot of ornamental fish, (highlight to pile). We conduct one of the best state of the New Year. There are transport, such as taxis and vans every half hour. Our apartment is on the top which not privacy, is quite ventilated. Our rooms have air conditioning.
