ROACH INFESTED!!! In the microwaves, in the fridges, under the sink, and behind the mirrors. No deadbolt on door lock, and door seemed to be kicked in before.

This place was not clean at all.. the hallways smelled like dog poop and must and the floors had big stains that probably haven’t been cleaned up. The rooms smelled dusty and had roaches/spiders. Sheets and comforter had holes and stains and smelled like old dirty clothes and when asked for new ones they were the same. Also one of the rooms did not have a safety lock and they refused to switch us to another room. I do not recommend staying there! I asked for bug spray and the man up front was acting like he didn’t hear me and then said he had to find it. They did not switch out a pillow for my sister when she found a roach on her pillow. It was just an overall nightmare and they did nothing to make us feel comfortable.

Rooms definitely need to be fixed up it seems like people are doing other things there definitely not clean as it should be in on areas as well waiting for staff to check in caused a long line o understand it's nothing the Hilton but it could look better and be better in several ways that's my experience I've n6in studio 6 motels but not in this condition

I checked in and immediately checked out. My legs were itchy and felt like bugs or fleas or something on me, the room was dirty, the entire place was dirty and smelled like weed. 0 out of 10. Disputed the transaction with my cc company because wth, not as described or pictured. I can deal with a little dirty, but not bugs.

The location said studio 6 and I did not get the room that was like an efficiency. Was not safe bags left in hallway. Noise during the whole night. Was trying to find a quiet safe inexpensive room in my budget and felt unsafe. Front desk was not reachable from the room phone because there was no phone in the room. I felt my privacy was invaded female came in while sleep and I did not request room service. My room was hardly ever cleaned I did it the cleaning myself. The staff were not very friendly. The parking lot entry and exit unsafe to the highway. Air condition had malfunctions. Was not satisfied the washer and dryer did not work and at one point it did because I used the dryer. I had to go spend money on laundry and it was approx $45. The staff stated it would be fixed the washer and dryer Monday and it never did get fixed. Would like to request some type of refund from my stay here due to me providing my own housekeeping in this room with zero amenities.
