An early check in was requested due to time of wedding activities. Ours was the last place to be cleaned for the housekeeper. She arrived just before the regular check-in time and did not leave until nearly an hour after that check-in time. Dishes in dishwasher were dirty. There was no dishwashing soup and very little Dawn for handwashng dishes. There were no trash bags. Toilet paper almost gone in both bathrooms and only 1 extra roll. Response from mgr. was mostly the automatic "Hope you are settled in..." None dealing with the issues. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing pods, Dawn, handwashing soaps, trash bags. Basically no supplies. Luckily we all brought bath soap and shampoo. We were finally offered a late check out to compensate but we did not need that. We were late for the Saturday wedding activities. We were leaving town so did not need time at the end of our stay. I finally got a reply that we were given a 40 refund. An apology would have been nice to have. The house itself is very nice. But there is no place in rooms to hang clothes. Front bedroom on right faces the street and has blinds that don't really fully close. No curtains so hung trash bags over the window to feel secure. Middle bedroom on left side of house has no ceiling light...only a colored party light. We moved a lamp from another bedroom to have decent light. Don't expect to use back yard. It is trashy.
