The property is home to cats, dogs, chickens, horses and other local wild life such as road runners. They are all friendly. The space has high ceilings and lots of natural light and a queen size bed. You may hear the nearby gun range as this is a rural area of Ft Worth.

Guest Disclosure & Quiet Hours

Please notify us of all guests who will be using the property.

Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM—please be respectful of our neighbors and fellow guests.

This property is not to be booked for events or parties. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Pet Policy
We are very pet-friendly, but to ensure the safety of all animals on the property, we ask that you follow these guidelines:

You must disclose the number of pets you are bringing in advance. Each listing has specific pet limits, and exceeding them without approval may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Pets must be kept on a leash while outdoors.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

We provide a shared dog run, and some listings have fenced yards where pets can be off-leash.

Interacting with the Horses

Guests are welcome to relax in the seating area near the horses.

If you would like to interact with or feed treats to the horses, please let us know in advance so we can ensure a safe experience for both you and the animals.

Reservation & Guest Policy

The person who books the reservation must be the one staying in the rental.

If you have additional guests joining you, please declare them in advance.

All guests must be in good standing with Airbnb.

Noise Disclosure

There is a firing range nearby, so you may occasionally hear gunfire during the day.

Fireworks are commonly sold in the area around New Year`s Eve and the 4th of July, which may result in increased noise levels. If you or your pets are sensitive to loud sounds, please plan accordingly.

Septic System Notice

The property utilizes on-site sewer facilities.

Only toilet paper should be flushed—no wipes, hygiene products, or paper towels.

Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by improper use.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and e-cigarettes) is prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

A $150 fee will be charged for the first violation, along with a warning.

If the issue persists, the guest may be removed from the property without refund.

Security Devices

Tampering with, covering, or disabling the Ring doorbell camera or any other security device is strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to do so will result in the guest being removed from the property without refund.
