First of all, we arrived, and the hotel was under construction. This information would have been helpful to know ahead of time. In addition, we saw bugs in the room. Someone came in and provided new towels and took out the trash but didn't make up the bed. Just not a hotel experience I have had before. The pictures online were deceiving. It's an old and unkept hotel. Bathroom has a lot of rust.

The staff was nice but you would be too towards anyone who would stay there. Or forced to bc there are no refunds. The construction in the early am was irritating and to top it off in the last day we were greeted by a roach. I was suggested this hotel through the app do I partially blame you too. And it was definitely not close to Crowley. More like 30 mins away which meant more money spent ... Thanks guys 👍 will take my chances on something else

The general area was a little sketchy. I wouldn’t walk to the car by myself. People live in the motel across the street. The facility itself was clean but outdated. I didn’t see roaches and there were no bedbugs so I consider that a win. It was good for the price and close for 1am check in after leaving Billy Bobs
