It was a good location for the stay. The elevator was really rough though and missing buttons and lights. The room looked clean until 2 roaches crawled out of the bathroom. I did early check in and they offered late check out so I accepted it then got a call after house k keeping came to clean and they said the offer was only for a certain level guests but I wasn't told that before. They were going to charge me $15 an hour but if I left they wouldn't. There was a quick address number to text for any help or questions but they didn't ever answer. Overall it was a decent stay and nice room just a few little things that made it not great.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel itself needs work. The elevators were very dirty. Clumps of dust hanging off the ceilings of the elevators. Can tell the elevators have not been cleaned in a long time. Liquids spilled all over the walls and doors and they remained dirty the entire 3 days and 2 nights we were there. Breakfast items had run out on Sunday morning at 8:50 a.m....coffee, yogurt, utensils, bowls, and the staff person on duty was busy on her cell phone.

Lobby is very nice. Breakfast area seemed appropriate. Hallways and elevator weren't ckean at all. Room was large and overall nice but floors felt wet and the carpet was dirty. Bed was comfortable. Not many guests here on a Wednesfsy night.
