Hotel looked nice from the outside. But the issue needs some serious work. Lobby - carpets are pretty warn. Seems the ac wasn't working that great in the common area. Breakfast - while i didn't expect 5 start, i did expect it to be eatable. Was like luke warm at best. Room - carpet warn. 1st room - toilet over flowed. We did get swapped to a different room pretty quick. Bathroom - both of them had mold that they put caulk over. The shower heads barely had any pressure and need to be cleaned. Do not stay here. Find s better hotel.

Standard hotel, nothing out of the ordinary.

We booked last minute and were pleased with the price. The room was large and clean, the bed comfortable, however, the toilet would not refill and we had to remove the tank cover and giggle the float every time to flush. We received an email right after confirmation of the booking stating we could pay $30 for late check out, but I was told I had to call down in the morning to request that. We had a very late evening and having to wake up to request a late check out defeats the purpose. I got up at 8 to call down and was immediately told they did not do late check outs on weekends. Would have been nice to be told that to begin with. Breakfast was your standard powdered eggs and such, nothing notable and we left before 11. Would possibly stay here again.

The AC unit in the room #305 froze, and half of the carpet in the room was soaking wet. I noticed it because I slipped and fell. When reported to staff at front desk, staff member smiled and kept saying ,"thank you". Not sure if staff member comprehend that the issue is a health hazard. Another guest told staff member that her room was dirty and has not been cleaned, that she found hair from the previous guest in her bed.

I have stayed at La Quintas and these were the dirtiest rooms I have ever seen. Walls, doors, floors, and bathroom were all dirty. Would not recommend this hotel.

The property was clean, well kept. The service was excellent. The only things I noticed were the water pressure wasn't fantastic (but not too bad. not a deal breaker); and I could hear entire conversations from the next room. The walls appear to be a bit thin. Thankfully those guests weren't up late making noise.
