Breakfast is not included, only coffee and tea. Front desk is located on the 24th floor. 4 elevators and only 1 working … 30 min wait for elevator. Staff was not helpful. Rooms have only 2 towels and 1 roll of TP (for a 4 night stay) connecting to the WiFi and TV is time consuming. Outside noise level was very high. Room included a steamer that was full of mold. Shower door and room door slams loudly (everyone was talking about that) Bed and pillows are old with obvious signs of use, the bed had dips making it very uncomfortable. No one is on the first floor to greet you. Cleaning service never attended our room for 4 days. When we arrived there were dirty dishes outside our room door.

Truly enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton Harper. Loved the room service menu to hang on the door for breakfast, the spacious gym, the yoga mat and steamer in the room, the selection of snacks at the mini bar, and the location. The only downside would be parking - self-pay or valet, is quite expensive, but you will encounter this issue at many hotels in the DFW area.
