The hotel is conveniently located by restaurants and shops. It’s a short uber to the stockyards, but it’s a quieter vibe which I liked. The lobby is on the top floor which is odd, especially when you come back late at night and there’s no one around. The upstairs bar is great.

Full-service, 4* Hotel w/restaurant and bar

First-time stay at the Kimpton Harper and highly recommend. Historic building with lots of charm. Greeted by friendly staff who provided lots of dining recommendations in the area, all walking distance. Spacious room and comfy bed. Great bar area upstairs as well as wonderful restaurant / bar downstairs (Il Modo). We look forward to returning soon.
