Very courteous staff, quick check in and the room was nice and clean. I have always felt welcomed at the Hyatt Places, and this one was no different. Safety is also key as I travel alone alot and never felt uncomfortable here. Bright parking lot, good location and nice selection of breakfast items.

The hotel is ok, but horrible desk/manager for customer service. We stay in Dallas all the time and no hotel around has ever charged us an early check in fee if room is available, they all gave us rooms as early as 8am with no charge. This one - we arrived 1hr before check in time, had 4 rooms readily available, and we were charged 50% of the price of the hotel room for the day - just because of the manager, who was also making bad jokes "oh is not $30,000".. too bad the hotel is fine if management push away the people. We had another room booked ahead, else would never return here again because of the people behind the desk and greedy management.
