Staff were friendly, room was clean, but very basic, don't expect anything fancy. There was a party organized by the hotel for the opening night of the stock show going on so it was very loud with music playing and lots of people talking, so was difficult for me to rest and sleep. It did stop at 10pm, but if I had known that would be happening I would not have booked. Good central location.

Check in was easy. They had water and popcorn. Nice lobby bar. Property reminded me of an old motel court that had been renovated to a Southwestern/Austin asthetic. Elevator and stairs available to rooms. Hallways not enclosed so quite chilly walk to room! Rooms are sparse and modern. Bed comfortable. Pillows not. Small fridge in room. Very loud fan attached to only bathroom light. Terrible quality bath towels that definitely need an upgrade . Somewhat insulated to outside a sounds. Overall room could use a deep clean. Great location directly across from Dickies Arena.
