Horrific. Lobby is not for guest use. The manager told me I could not wait in the lobby until 3pm check-in. The staff member wanted $10 cash for early check-ion.. the manager then said, no it's $20 for early check-in.. cash only. The m anager told me to wait at McDonald's until 3pm. I did NOT stay here. The lobby was filthy, trash all over the property, and there were people loitering around the property. Unsafe and filthy. This property should be removed from Hotels.com

I’ve stayed here several times each time is different experience with the rooms. I understand it is a older hotel and I could go to other locations, but I prefer this one because the man upfront who checked me in from my online reservation was super friendly, very polite and helped me get in the room as it was pouring down rain and he saw my things were getting soaked.
