Can’t trust what you read

Booked for a family trip. Room was stuffy but clean. They say they have a pool but there wasn’t one. When I asked why, I was told to check the hotels website next time. So they lied and said they had a pool or Hotels.com just got it wrong. Either way the people running that place don’t care to correct it. If you read the Google reviews they’re worse than this. But needless to say we won’t be back.

I think everyone gets nervous testing out a new hotel but my husband and I loved this hotel so much that we will definitely be back. We take many trips to Fort Worth to visit family and with how close this location is to everything we like to do, it is now become our go-to spot.

It was a good stay. I enjoyed it very much. The only miscue was that the A/C clicked off on its own, and we got warm. Overall, though, it was really nice.

Staff AMAZING, Hotel not so good

Water pressure is NONE, it was bad! I rather take a shower at home. Temperature in the room sucked, they have an old unit & a new one & it was hard to adjust the two. Also we went here because in the past they offered room service or a bar with food. We were told they didn’t have that anymore but it was on the website still & it was also displayed in the room (GRAB & Go) meaning we could order food and take it to the room. We had to order out for 3 days vs what we thought would be available….
