I made reservations a month in advance and once I made it to the hotel I was total they had just sold the room I had reserved. Did not offer any assistance whatsoever in finding another place to stay. Finally found another hotel to stay approximately an hour away after driving all day to get here. As soon as we walked in the front desk immediately told me if we had booked a certain room that had already booked it hours before to someone else despite our reservation. So there was no room for us. The lady then walks away without even looking up our reservation. She then checks it and says ya we don’t have that room anymore. Assured me I wasn’t charged and could go.

Didn’t get the rooms I booked. The rooms smelled horrible. No trash bins other than the bathroom. Only a sheet was on the bed. Parking didn’t feel safe at all. People hanging around property. The only good thing about the place was the employee at the front desk. She handled the mix up well and I know it wasn’t her fault and she couldn’t do anything about it. I’ll never book there again.

The room was filthy, the shower faucet was broken and only had hot water, I was told maintenance wouldn’t be available till Monday. There were cockroaches in the room. One of the worst experience we’ve had on a stay!
