All of it was bad the room didn’t have TV so I called the front she said there was nothing that could be done so I hung up said I’ll give her some time to figure it out called back changed rooms then no ashtray in new room called said there was nothing she could do for me it was just a terrible experience.

There was a dark spot on the duvet cover and on the bottom sheet that looks like the sheets had not been changed and we’re dirty one morning. I went down to breakfast and the milk in the carton with sour the orange juice and the orange juice dispenser was bad and tasted bad was discoloured. There’s no one at the service desk to help and you have to ring a bell. The room smelled mouldy.

Waited almost 25 minutes to get checked in because nobody was in the lobby. The room was stinky smell like cigarettes and housekeeping. Tried to come in both doors at 10:00 a.m. when check-in was at 11:00 without knocking just opening the doors.

Air conditioning worked well, was very quiet. Wi-fi was horrible. Couldn't get it to work most of the time, even with staff help. Blamed our computers! Breakfasts were minimal, sometimes less! Location was good, cleaning staff were good. Hot water was abundant. Probably won't stay there again, compared to other places we've stayed in Burleson.

A/C works great, bed comfy but room smells like mold. It was recently renovated but it is old and needs touching up. Thankfully it has vinyl floors, no carpeting.
