Employees were ok! Pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting! Trash in water, dead bugs, brown. A slave camp is cleaner! Housekeeping was good. Hallways were/common area was decent. The restaurant was decent price. Overall the hotel was ok, overshadowed by the views. If you are poor, on housing, food stamps, panhandle this is a 5 star hotel, if you are working class, actually pay bills, then this is a 2 star hotel

I was genuinely impressed by this property from the moment I arrived. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout — rooms, common areas, all of it. My room was spacious and well-appointed, and everything you need is conveniently located and easy to access. The staff truly set this stay apart. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. Service was quick and seamless — room service in particular was faster than I expected, which I always appreciate after a long day. One thing I especially noticed was how quiet the property is. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-run hotel in the DFW area with great service and a clean, spacious room, this is it. I’ll definitely be back.
