The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all lights, TVs and appliances are turned off. Sign out of all smart device accounts and TVs. Set the thermostat to 72 degrees.
Please close the patio screen and lock patio door.
Do not put used bedding back in the storage bags, leave all used bedding in the respective bedrooms for cleaning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host was great and the condo was clean. However neighbors are very invasive "Demanding" our information upon arrival stopping my husband from entering the unit and his vehicle expressing his disappointment with the homeowners association my children witness vandalism stealing and damaging of AC units while visiting the pool
