Rooms were clean and comfortable. The back door isn’t working which we wanted to use so our dogs could easily go in and out to potty. Room keys have to be reissued every single day. I asked why cards were deactivated daily and I didn’t get a clear answer. Additionally, the hot tub isn’t readily available. Guests have to tell the front desk to turn it on to be able to use it. It gets warm after about 45 minutes. I think this is to save on the expense on keeping it heated. But we stayed over the MLL holiday weekend and several guests came in the pool area to check on the hot tub when we were in it. It seems like it was a popular amenity had it been available the whole weekend. We luckily got a lot of time in it because we didn’t mind asking them to turn it on over and over.

The front staff was awesome. Very warm and friendly. Room was great and the bed was very comfortable. This will be our go to when visiting family in the area. Was able to walk across the road to Cracker Barrel for dinner without moving the car.
