The location of this hotel was beautiful and the staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast included was very good and the dinner bar menu had good options as well. Overall the place is a very cute, older, beautiful spot for a one night stay.

We were fortunate enough to have a refurbished room, which was very comfortable and clean. The staff on reception, in the bar and restaurant were very efficient and friendly. We had an evening meal in the restaurant, but found it a bit average, the breakfast was good, it was buffet style but had everything you needed. I’d recommend a car if you’re staying here as there are a lot of lovely places around Fort William to explore.

This hotel was clean & tidy. The 3 ladies who served both dinner n breakfast truly made this hotel for us. They were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They even organized us a fan it the Scotland heatwave as the room was so hot. Would stay again.
