The room was clean, the staff were friendly (Carmen is the best person ever), and the location was perfect for exploring Fort William and the Highlands. This was our best stay by far on our 11 day trip. We stayed here two nights and we loved it. The staff and owners are so amazing and the atmosphere is so homie and welcoming. Their breakfast is so good and they accommodate any allergies or preferences by going above and beyond! When we arrived it was later and Phil called a local restaurant to make sure we could get in. The room was amazing and had a great view. If I come back to Scotland and can stay here again, I will!

This was an excellent one night stop for us as we were traveling throughout the Highlands. The common areas felt like sitting in a friend's living room. There are board and card games available and lovely music to listen to. The view of the loch from this area and the breakfast room are beautiful. Wonderful breakfast buffet and excellent service from the staff. Our room was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Excellent guest house, in a wonderful and convenient location. The breakfast is excellent, with an enormous choice. Everything delicious. The views are also terrific. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because our room (room 1) had wafer thin walls. We were woken up by the couple next door talking. I don't think they were talking that loudly, but it felt like they were on the end of our bed ! This is such a shame as everything else is excellent.
