I really liked this hotel. I was travelling alone and felt safe and comfortable. Really nice breakfast, parking was convenient. The best bit were the staff, I had a huge backpack, they saw me coming and opened a different door so I didn’t have to struggle through the rotating door. Really friendly and kind, answered my questions. Would book again.

Our rooms were spacious and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent with large selection. The bar and reception area was very comfortable and with great wifi. Little or no wifi in the rooms. The pool and jacuzzi was very nice. Changing facilities and access to pool needs renovation. Staff extremely friendly. You can walk to city centre in 20 minutes. Overall, we will go there again.

This property is vastly overpriced - it is a 2star in room quality, decor and format at best. The rooms look like the last time they were renovated was in the 50's, and had limited amenities. The staff were ultra friendly and helpful - this was about the only saving feature, the food was as expected. Location is good

stayed there one night in June, it is an older facility but our room looked like it was recently renovated. The room was very clean but small. I did find it very expensive for what it was. But I guess that's what you have to expect in Fort William in June. Not much Hotel competition.

Our room was directly at the fire door and stairs. All night the door slammed and the noise on the stairs was unbearable. We had previously asked for a room on the 1sf or 2nd floor but was told no. I would never recommend this hotel. It’s more of a two star not a three

Hotel in good location for Ben Nevis unfortunately the hotel is in need of maintenance and update the facilities are on need of modernisation and repair. The food is mediocre and limited selection. The room felt small and stuffy ensuite basic facilities. Very noisy and narrow corridors could hear people moving around the rooms either side and above or wandering up and down. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and the breakfast was okay for a buffet selection. The hotel is currently under refurbishment hopefully when finished will look and feel better.

The only negative is the property is not well maintained and the wifi didn’t work in our room. However, staff was very kind, the room was very clean, the bathroom was updated, and the pool and hot tub were nice.

Definitely not worth the money. At over $300 a night for a 237 sf room, I was expecting much more. The facility is outdated and rundown. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the room next door, the hallway and the bathroom. On a positive note, the staff were friendly (other than the individual at the front desk who checked us in) and the food at the restaurant was adequate.

Limited parking spaces. Outdated and unsafe building structure with broken ceiling. Reception staff blaming poor service for outdated hotel. Cleaning staff accommodating, rooms are clean. We refused to even consider the restaurant and pool with the poor condition of the lobby and hotel building. If it’s just for a place to sleep, the rooms are fine, the “leisure” paid for is non existent.

Is overtime hotel, need maintenance and upgrade. The floor so many noise, hurt neighbors close the door, walking and talking. Toilet knock and shower stand was broken.... But, stuffs is friendly and breakfast is good...
