So welcoming. We flew in early (got to the Waterscape around noon) and even though check in time was 4pm they allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk area and gave us our wristbands so that we could enjoy the amenities while we waited. We loved staying there. Kids said they had the best time.

The pictures of the property online had much better views than the actual room. We had a view of the parking lot of the adjacent hotel while the property we saw online had pool and beach views. Just a little misleading. Otherwise, the room was still very nice.
