Second-Floor Waterfront Condo w/Washer/Dryer, Shared Pool, Hot Tub, & Free WiFi. There are two bedrooms with King beds. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with a modern shower.

Parking Notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Parking is on the second level just to the right of the main gate and is unassigned. Handicap parking is available. The Parking under the complex is assigned and owner parking only. Passes are left in the guest unit.

Located on Okaloosa Island, you`ll be staying in a gated community–security shouldn`t be an issue here. There is a boardwalk to the Gulf via Okaloosa Beach access 1 located by the pool. This convenient walk also takes you right by Stewby`s, a highly rated local seafood joint that is quite affordable. You`re also just over half a mile from delicious crab legs and steamed oysters at the Old Bay Steamer. If you want to get even closer to the Gulf of Mexico, sign up for tours and fun Boat trips at Crab Island Watersports just under a mile away. For folks that would prefer to stay more inland, Wild Willy`s Adventure Zone is nearly three miles away by car and offers bumper boats, a ropes course, and many more family-friendly activities.

The neighborhood is pedestrian friendly and walking to the beach, restaurants, mini golf and ice cream is 3-5 minutes via the boardwalk.

**Pets are not allowed in this complex
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM. A fee of $50 per hour may be charged for unauthorized late check-out.
• Occupancy: Maximum overnight guests: 6. No unregistered guests allowed.
• Parties/Events: No parties, large gatherings, or events are permitted.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping allowed inside the property.
• Pets: Pets not allowed. This is strictly prohibited by the Condo association. Violations will result in termination of rental.
• Cleaning & Tidiness: Please keep the property clean. Wash dishes after use. Place trash in designated bins.
• Damages: Please report any broken items or damages immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing items.
• Parking: Please Park in properly marked guest spaces only.

POOL: The pool is open 7:00 AM to11:00 PM daily. There is no lifeguard. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Absolutely NO GLASS CONTAINERS allowed.

HOTTUB: The hot tub hours are from 3:30 PM to11:00 PM. This means the water does not get hot until after 3:30 PM. Please remember small children should not be in the hot tub for long periods of time for safety reasons.
