First let me say the condo is absolutely beautiful and perfectly maintained. It was super clean upon arrival, the host gave detailed instructions. The chair service was great. All in all 5 stars.Only two things I would point out. One, if you need a soft bed to sleep on this is probably not the best place for you. Two, no ramp to get to the beach. Need to go up stairs to get to it. If you have an issue walking might also not be the place for you. That being said, my family loved it and couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Comfortable Condo

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. We really enjoyed the warmer weather, the awesome view and wonderful beach to walk on. The condo was very comfortable, well maintained and well decorated compared to others we have stayed at. We enjoyed the pool, hottub and the fitness room. We had a minor maintenance issue but Sandra took care of it immediately. We look forward to coming back again.

Nice unit with a view.

We come to Destin every year in June and stay in a beach front condo. This was our first condo in Fort Walton. The condo was very clean and provided a front gate area where kids can leave shoes and sandy beach toys. This helped keep sand out of the unit. The view was beautiful and price was fair and similar to past stays. I loved the high tables on the balcony it was a nice set up. The pool is a good size and the beach service team does an excellent job. Chairs are left up until 6pm which is much later than we’ve experienced in past years. That was awesome. You can pay an additional $17 a day to reserve your spot. We did this and had front middle all week. The pool is open until 11pm. You will be within 25 minutes of anywhere you want to go. We did an escape room with the kids, shopped, zip lines, charter fishing and the Air Force museum. We also spent a day on Crab Island (this is a vacation must do!) We did experience one hiccup while at Princess Island. We had a 1/2 day where the power went out on our side of the building. This included the elevator on our side. There was another elevator that was within a short walk. When the power came on the water went out. We were told a pipe busted and water (including toilets) were off for the last half of day. It was back on by morning. Not having a toilet with 4 teen boys was rough. The owners were understanding and provided a $200 credit.

Everything you need and more!

Sandra is so incredibly sweet, thoughtful and responsive! You can feel her warmth and thoroughness throughout her home! Her place is immaculate, as pictured or better and perfectly located - both location wise AND close enough to the elevator to be convenient but far enough to feel very private and no extra noise! Plenty of space, outstanding view and everything you need to relax and feel right at home! Refrigerator has water dispenser and ice - so no need to bring bottles of water to fill your beach cups ;) Book without hesitation, you’ll be so happy you did! Not only did the adults love it but both our boys said they “loved it” as well! Beach service guy was very nice and helpful as well! Will definitely stay again when in Ft. Walton!
