Set amidst the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the condo lies right next to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, where you can take a trip down to the shore and dip your feet in the tides or read a good book under the shade of an umbrella. Check out the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park with your family for an amazing fun-filled day out viewing the wondrous aquatic wildlife.



Return after a day out exploring the city to find your true home away from home. This snowbird-friendly condo features a modern full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a beautiful balcony area. You can also take a swim in the on-site outdoor pool or simmer in the hot tub for a while. If you're looking for a bit of exercise, feel free to visit the fitness gym located on-site as well!

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands are provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

Our condo was a beautiful condo located on the first floor in bldg A. It was great not needing the elevator and, since it was on the same floor, having quick access to both the pool, beach, and parking deck was very convenient. The condo was super clean, airy, and bright! The reason for the 4 star vs. 5 star rating is two-fold. 1) The king bed's mattress really needs an upgrade and 2) The back porch is fenced which doesn't allow a door to easily walk to the beach. The restaurant in the pool area was great! Everyone was super nice and had great customer service. The lazy river is very small and the pool area is packed by 8AM leaving no chairs open. The walk and access to the beach is perfection! I highly recommend Waterscape and would certainly stay here again.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing trip! Loved the room and resort! Very clean, very convenient location! We could get to and from the room conveniently throughout the day being on the ground floor. Beautiful resort and amazing pool area! Loved being that close to the beach! We even walked to restaurants most nights!
