Ocean view was perfect! The hot tub stayed hot and the heated pool was very comfortable. The location of this condo was ideal and the beach chair service was such a wonderful bonus! Super family friendly area—would definitely stay again!! **Would love to see the TV/Cable remote situation set up better (we could use it but it was confusing and took some time to figure out). Thanks for a fantastic week at the beach!!

At check-in, we had to wait approximately one hour for the property manager to arrive before we could access the unit. Once we were finally able to get inside, the door code was changed, and we tested it multiple times to make sure it worked before leaving for the beach.After being gone for only about 30 minutes, we returned from the beach wet and cold, and the code did not work again. We were locked out of the unit for a second time. Thankfully, my husband had his phone with him, or we would not have been able to contact anyone. When we called, we were given multiple codes that also did not work before finally receiving one that did.This is not a minor inconvenience. We lost vacation time, were locked out twice on the first day, and now we have no confidence that the lock will work when we leave the unit. This created unnecessary stress and significantly disrupted the beginning of our vacation.Other than the stress of the first day the place was clean and as described and pictured. The main bedroom with the king sized bed was hard as a rock. It was truly hard to sleep on. The main bathroom had a shower but the water pressure was awful. We all just ended up using the king room shower.
