Sixth Floor Waterfront Condo w/Washer/Dryer, Shared Pool, Hot Tub, & Free WiFi. There are two bedrooms with King beds. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with a modern shower.

Located on Okaloosa Island, you`ll be staying in a gated community–security shouldn`t be an issue here. There is a boardwalk to the Gulf via Okaloosa Beach access 1 located by the pool. This convenient walk also takes you right by Stewby`s, a highly rated local seafood joint that is quite affordable. You`re also just over half a mile from delicious crab legs and steamed oysters at the Old Bay Steamer. If you want to get even closer to the Gulf of Mexico, sign up for tours and fun Boat trips at Crab Island Watersports just under a mile away. For folks that would prefer to stay more inland, Wild Willy`s Adventure Zone is nearly three miles away by car and offers bumper boats, a ropes course, and many more family-friendly activities.

The neighborhood is pedestrian friendly and walking to the beach, restaurants, mini golf and ice cream is 3-5 minutes via the boardwalk. Guest parking is available for 2 cars at the condo.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM. A fee of $50 per hour may be charged for unauthorized late check-out.
• Occupancy: Maximum overnight guests: 6. No unregistered guests allowed.
• Parties/Events: No parties, large gatherings, or events are permitted.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping allowed inside the property. Violations will incur a $300 Fine for special cleaning.
• Pets: Pets not allowed. This is strictly prohibited by the Condo association. Violations will result in termination of rental.
• Cleaning & Tidiness: Please keep the property clean. Wash dishes after use. Place trash in designated bins.
• Damages: Please report any broken items or damages immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing items.
• Parking: Please Park in properly marked guest spaces only.

POOL: The pool is open 7:00 AM to11:00 PM daily. There is no lifeguard. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Absolutely NO GLASS CONTAINERS allowed.

HOTTUB: The hot tub hours are from 3:30 PM to11:00 PM. This means the water does not get hot until after 3:30 PM. Please remember small children should not be in the hot tub for long periods of time for safety reasons.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Great condo - parking problems!

RELAX and ENJOY

Woke up to beautiful sunrises and went to bed with just as beautiful sunsets! The Cleveland Twins (we have twin grandsons) did a very nice job decorating. The beds were very comfortable especially the guest room one, would love to know the brand. Love staying on the Santa Rose Sound to watch the action on the water. The Gulf beach is a short walk and just as nice.

Home away from home

This condo was perfect! Awesome location, quiet & relaxing. We didn’t “need” anything because this condo had it all! A quick walk to the beach was nice too. Mornings on the balcony watching the wildlife drinking a cup of coffee was perfect way to start the day. There are two beach chairs, we left a cooler & umbrellas for future guests. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for the hospitality!!

Excellent stay, great water front views. The Cleveland brothers were very helpful and everything was smooth. Would definitely stay again, perfect location too. 8 minute drive to destin, 2 minute drive to downtown fort Walton restaurants right over the bridge.

Great spot!

The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The location wasn't overly crowded, but was very convenient for all the fun prime time spots Destin to Sandestin had to offer. We really enjoyed the balcony. We spent beautiful mornings with coffee and evening relaxing while watching the birds, fish, a group of rays, and a dolphin. We would certainly love to visit again. If you're flying in and wondering, yes, rent a car when staying here. You will not regret this location!
