Island Princess 417 - 3 BD 3 BA w/beach service

The master bedroom boasts its own access to the balcony with an unobstructed view of the ocean. And with a spectacular 4th floor view, watch the sunset on the ocean from the balcony. It's a short walk to the pool, hot tub, beach, local restaurants, ice cream and miniature golf. Beach service is included so you don't have to haul chairs or an umbrella to and from the condo. 

Our condo has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors to the balcony with a direct view of the water. The guest bedroom has its own private bathroom while the "bunk" room has queen over queen beds and access to a bathroom. Island Princess underwent an 18 month, $3mm renovation that concluded in January 2024 and our condo was completely renovated in March of 2024.





Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for spring break! The condo was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with so many extra amenities that made our trip even more enjoyable. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome. We would highly recommend this condo and would love to come back again in the future!

AWESOME

We planned this trip as a mini belated honeymoon/birthday celebration for our 24 year old son. Chris and Ashley were very communicative and thought of every detail in their condo. It was PERFECT for what we wanted. We had the best time together and will definitely be back.

Amazing Vacation!!

We had the most amazing time! The check in process was so simple and the communication with the owner was great. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook some yummy meals! The new appliances were a plus as well. Beach access was close and easy. We really enjoyed not having to walk very far. BEST PART: having the beach setup (two chairs and umbrella) waiting for us every morning! We also used the chairs and wagon provided for extra seating which was a plus. Pool was clean and not too crowded. We will be booking again!

Three nice bedrooms and 3 baths - bunk beds very nice. The unit is ocean view not an oceanfront unit. This Island princess complex is nice but oceanfront units to have true ocean front you would have to be atleast on 4th floor in front to see ocean as the front of the pool beach shower area hsve large high sand dunes and concrete wall around- the pool is rather small for this time of the year, all the units families- but refreshing and most people on beach most of the day. The beach chairs are setup and umbrella on beach are free BUT first come first pick and I Highly recommend you pay the men 17 a day to place your name on your unit setup and they will set up name on tag each day so that you don’t have to be up at 6:30 am to get your towel on two. Easier just pay them. My husband has knee issues sand hard on knees and we are older - we asked to be set up closer to the beach - They accommodated us but some days our chairs were still in Front but up the beach from condo a good little walk for us but we managed. This condo gives you extra beach type chairs on balcony but you have to bring them up and take them down and back up every day and they’re loaded with sand and salt. Even when you spray them off at the shower they still have a lot of sand and salt so make sure you have the vacuum in the master bedroom closet. Hosts gracious
