This modified 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is the perfect place for your family to come enjoy a quieter part of Okaloosa Island. Located on the first floor in this complex, you have a family friendly atmosphere with no major streets to cross to access the pool or beach.

The open concept living space allows for you in be in the kitchen or living room and be able to converse with everyone. The kitchen has all full-sized appliances and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. There is no need to pack your kitchen if you plan on cooking during your stay. The living room offers a queen sized sofa sleeper that can accommodate 2. There is plenty of seating at the dining table or the bar for a quick bite before heading to the pool. The large balcony has seating as well to enjoy the glimpse of the gulf right past the dunes.

The first guest bedroom has a double bed and a single/double bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen tv, allowing this room to accommodate 5 guests. The second guest bedroom has a twin bunk bed. This layout is perfect for family getaways! The guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower.

The mater bedroom has a King sized bed, a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and access to the private balcony. The spacious master bathroom offers a combination tub/shower and double vanity sink. There is ample space to get ready before heading to the beach downstairs.

The price of this condo is so not worth it. The first sign of the mistake we made booking this condo was the “welcome mat” that torn to shreds in front of the door. When we opened the door, the first thing we noticed was all of the baseboards filthy. There was sand all over the beds. The one “bedroom” was not a bedroom. It was basically a closet with bunk beds. There is not even enough room to open a suitcase in it. The patio was disgusting. The chairs had stains all over them, the sliding doors were covered in mold. The table for the patio was filthy and so old. The mattresses for all beds were so awful that we contemplated sleeping in our car. They were so hard and uncomfortable. The pull out bed had stains all over the mattress cover. The dryer had to be ran several times to dry half of a normal size load of laundry. The water coming out of one of the bathroom faucets squirted all over the place. There was absolutely ZERO cooking spices, not even salt, pepper, sugar- anything. I tried several times to talk to the owner of the condo, and all I could get a hold of was a third party. This condo ruined our whole stay and we were so disappointed.

Very good for the price we paid! Communication was great, someone always answered the questions I had (I had several). Excellent location to the beach and our favorite Fort Walton restaurant (Stewby's is literally right across the street). They don't have beach towels so make sure you bring some or buy cheap ones down there like we did. There is beach service available and a set-up with chairs/umbrella comes with the condo! We had a great time and would stay again.

The condo was clean and spacious. Its on the first floor with the parking garage located below, so quick access to the parking lot and pool. With it being on the first floor the balcony is adjacent to the pool which was great for my family to watch kids who wanted to swim while others cleaned up for dinner. 1st floor means not a great ocean view but the sand dunes provided birds and lizards to watch. It is in alignment with the boardwalk to the beach as shown in the pics but we never felt like that impacted us. The king bed was so comfy however the curtains are not super light filtering so bring your eye mask or be ready to wake a dawn.
