This condo is on the second floor, so you can use the convenient elevator or the stairs right next to the unit. You are steps from the beach where beach service is provided. Guests also have their own private parking spot in the parking garage. Complimentary beach chairs (2) and umbrella is provided from March through October with the rental, a $40 per day value.

Wi-Fi is available along with an extender so you will maintain your Wi-Fi connection while sitting on the beach.

A Pack-N-Play is available to guests with infants upon request. Please let host know prior to arrival if needed.

No pets are allowed in the unit. The HOA does not allow pets.
~Disturbing noises and offensive language are forbidden anywhere on the property. Be particularly mindful of this around the pool and on the balconies.
~No hanging of beach towels, clothing garments, or other objects from balcony railings.
~No feeding of seagulls; it creates a health hazard.
Please promptly return carts to garage level stairwell.
~Parking in the garage is marked space assignment only. Cars parked illegally will be towed at the expense of the owner.
~No barbecuing on the balcony. Grills are located on the west side of the building.
~Please wash off beach sand before entering the building.
