Great location

We had the best week long Vaca in this condo. Our family of 5 enjoyed the direct beach access and pool as well as being so close to shops, food and entertainment. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space to regroup after a day on the beach or out! While the condo was well appointed and comfortable with everything we needed, it could use a little attention and small repairs from the beach weather normal wear and tear. Overall a great, clean place to stay!

Long Weekend

This was our first time to Okaloosa Island and we were beyond pleased! Everything in the condo was perfect. Just as advertised....updated, clean, and the view was amazing!!!!!! Easy check in and easy check out. The host was great to respond quickly with an answer to a question I had. We will definitely book this condo again. Our friends also plan to return. Looking forward to our next trip!

Loved this place!

Omg the family and I did not want to leave! We were here for a week and it was definitely home away from home. Being able to take an elevator down from our room directly to the beach was so AWESOME! Some days were a little chilly for the beach, so the heated pool and hot tub were clutch! Our girls had an absolute blast! Our host did an amazing job communicating throughout our stay and the Alexa was a nice touch suggesting things and places to go! Can't wait to come back!!

Fantastic Views!

The location is fantastic, waterfront and easy access to the beach! The view from the balcony was amazing. The unit was very clean and spacious. The unit came with a cooler, beach chair, and a couple beach towels which were very much appreciated. Soft beds! The property owner contacted me ahead of time to let me know there was construction on this floor during my stay. I was there over the weekend so I didn't have to experience the noise other than on Monday morning, however, they did leave their equipment out blocking the walkway so it was hard to navigate the common areas and path to the apartment with luggage and groceries. There was also a lot of dust and debris present. Also, when I first arrived the hot water had been turned off, but they fixed the issue right away. The unit had a coffee pot and Keurig but no K-cups, coffee, or filters. That would have been a nice touch to have at least something cheap/basic in the unit. Also, there were absolutely no spices or cooking spray in the cabinets. I was traveling from another state and that is not something that you can bring on a plane! I had to buy those extras and then throw them away. :( Having the basics would be nice. Also, there was only one roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of TP which was fine for me since I was the only one there but this place can sleep 4-6 people so that could be an issue. Lastly, the flashlights that were included did not have batteries, that could be a safety issue if the power went out.

Beautiful, relaxing property!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, updated, and spacious. The beach view from the main living room and master bedroom made this property even better! The complimentary beach chair service was great as well! Sugar Sands rental was easy to work with and was very responsive. I recommend this property!

Would recommend checking with property was under construction and Vrbo didn't tell the extent of it.

Was under extensive construction our balcony was locked and rails removed so we had no access. Workers looking in most of the day, loud banging stating at 7:30 in the morning. Pool was only half open with caution tape blocking half off. Not very relaxing vacation.

Arrived at property to find still under construction, could not use the balcony (even though we were told construction was done on the 27th) we checked in on the 6th. NO WINDOWS TO OPEN OR SLIDERS NAILED SHUT. The bed was terrible!!! Pool was taped off by construction. Unfortunately we won't ever be back. Not a good value(my family opinion) VERY DISAPPOINTED. P.S. FIX THE DRAIN IN THE SHOWER
