So welcoming. We flew in early (got to the Waterscape around noon) and even though check in time was 4pm they allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk area and gave us our wristbands so that we could enjoy the amenities while we waited. We loved staying there. Kids said they had the best time.

We liked being on ground floor and at end of hall at A133. First time visit here and will come again to stay. There are three of us and like the idea of two bedrooms being separate. A little confused as you offer two chairs with umbrella with the unit and we did buy extra chair since there are three of us. Not sure what the reserved got us each day at the beach.
