Let me preface this by saying it was cold while was there (28 at night). The heat wasn’t working so I called the front desk. The front desk person was kinda rude when discussing it. Only reason I gave 3 stars for friendliness is the maintenance guys that came to fix it were super friendly and the bartender, Ryan, in the lounge is the coolest. The rooms and property definitely need updated. The housekeeping staff could also use some guidance/training on cleaning up hair, refilling body wash, and not slamming doors/ being loud all morning. I think next time I’ll look elsewhere.

$29 resort fee $15 a day parking. Smelled horrible. Vaping isn’t allowed. Felt more like a prison than a resort. The walls are so thin we heard neighbor rooms arguing all night. Best part was location which was good since being in the room was not a comfy good time.

My mom and I came to the Island for a week get away! It was a very peaceful and relaxing place! The staff were friendly all the time! The breakfast buffet and menu options were amazing! Ate dinner there once and it was also great! It was in good walking distance to the Boardwalk which had some stores and lots of eating shops.

Such a beautiful resort! The rooms were very clean and the ocean view was breathtaking. Plenty of amenities at the hotel and with walking distance to have a great meal, drinks, and shop!

Nice, convenient location. Right on the beach. Pool was nice although closed for season when we visited. Listing was misleading saying breakfast buffet was included, but it was not ($24.99 a person). Also the listing did not disclose you would be charged a fee to use a credit card. Had it been disclosed, I would have saved and brought cash. The food at the hotel was insanely expensive ($22 hamburger), so you may want to leave for meals. The rooms do have a fridge, microwave and keurig so you can bring your own snacks and drinks, which was a plus. Looking forward to coming back during the summer season with the kids to use the pools and other amenities. It is walking distance to the fishing pier which was had a nice view and a couple other restaurants in walking distance.

I tightened our bathroom knob as best I vould but it was about to fall off. Mind you I have spent 20 years in the hotel industry, even at one point running the housekeeping for a 5 star hotel. My room was not that clean our bed sheets had sand and strings from clothing from previous guests. As well as hallways etc looked as if they had not been vacuumed all week. THE NOISE was unreal we had a cleaner and more peaceful stay down the road at Village Inn ofor a fraxtion of the price and had access to much cleaner beaches as well. Save your money and just go stay on down the road some place.
