Stayed for 4 nights with wife and kids 3 and 12. We loved the little beach right there. Staff was all very friendly. Location was perfect right in the middle of all the beaches. 10 mins to Fort Walton, 15 mins to Destin, 30 mins to Navarre beach and Opal beach.

This place absolutely surprised us! I booked it mainly because it was right on the bay and had its own private beach & dock where you can rent any water craft you want. Pontoon, jet ski, paddle board etc. The pool is large, clean, and was so warm and nice unlike others that we’ve been to that are too cold to swim in. The room wasn’t the cleanest, but for the cheaper rate 100% worth it!!

The bathroom was very dirty. The whole building needs updated. The staff is never around. You can never find somebody the good part is. It’s in a good location and the beds were very comfortable on my last morning there I did find a roach in the bathroom.

I had an unfortunate experience as there were cockroaches in the room, emerging from behind the refrigerator. On a more positive note, the staff members were kind, though the breakfast ladies seemed quite upset.
