We checked in on Sunday evening, turned on the heat in our room and the smoke detector went off! was told by the front desk this happens every time the heat turned on for the first time in a season. Experienced the electricity going out in the hotel, having to request multiple times for clean towels, because housekeeping only cleans every other day, and when they did clean our room, the most they did was pick up the dirty towels, If they are trash, leaving us bags to put inside the trash cans and made our bed. We also experienced the local sheriffs department, going to a room across from ours, pounding on the door and demanding a guest open up that went on for approximately 20 minutes until she finally decided they weren’t going to leave. We’re planning another trip in the future however, this hotel will not be a choice for us.. 😞

Was overal a great place. Just a cople details. No towels available at the pool area at night. One TV at the room beside the sofa was quite inconveniently fixed onto a furniture. Was not comfortable to watch. Lacked of drinking water at the lobby.

5 night stay, 1 housekeeping service at the end, trash taken and towels delivered but old ones left in room. Breakfast selection poor, and breakfast area woefully inadequate. Delayed check in, claimed rooms weren’t available due to late checkouts… I’d suspect housekeeping understaffed to cut costs… It was only going to be 10 more minutes for well over an hour… The reception said the Manager was coming to speak to us (in 10 minutes) but never did. At checkout never asked about our stay (my face must have said enough) ’ll never book here again.

Overall great stay , the only thing that hotel management has to consider not to put people to work early mornings or Sat/Sunday mornings. So much noise on the property, could not have peaceful rest on my vacation. Any work on the property should start at least after 10am, people come to relax and vacation, not everyone wake up early.
