Good location. Very walkable to the the waterfront and the restaurants. Felt like a safe area. Didn't deal with staff really other then check in but they were nice and courteous. Room was very very run down but the linens were clean and the bed was comfortable as far as Motels go. Think there are some renovated rooms but mine was in desperate need of a makeover and would otherwise give it a better rating.

The bath tub was black w dirt in it and the room smelled bad. The front desk clerk moved me to a second room. In this room there was no hot water and very little water pressure.

Night shift personnel was nice and courteous. Room definitely needed to be recleaned found hairs in tub and sink.Stains in the tub as if it was just wiped with just water.... so definitly skipped the shower . Dirt by the door and floor looked like it needed to be redone.

The room had roaches. I had to buy roach spray. I canceled out my last two nights. The shower water wouldn’t go down the bathroom wouldn’t flush. They had no housekeepers.
