Check in was great. The hotel and room seemed very clean. However, my nightmare began when I woke up covered in bites...and not just a few. I probably have three dozen minimum on my body and even on my face. In addition, a roach crawled across the floor in the bathroom which made me just sick. After speaking with management yesterday, I was informed that. it was not bed bugs, thank God! So apparently it was fleas from a possible pet that may have been in the room before me. This is a fairly new La Quinta Inn and I was shocked to say the least. All I got was and 'I'm sorry that happened" and that was the end of that. Told me he would make it right on my next stay. I'm not sure I would want to come back here.

As the other reviews stated and we were aware when staying; breakfast is poor. Eggs were watery, food is bland, the juice machine also tastes more like water, no fresh food available. Breakfast was not great, yet the service was helpful..the walk in pool was nice for the younger kids, it was clean and convenient in location.

Cleanliness and service

Our room was not clean, floor was dirty, bugs was in the room , ironing board was broke . Reported it to housekeeper about room and ironing board and front desk. Was told one would be sent up, never was, we went out to buy us a small ironing board. It was our anniversary and the stay was not the best and I wouldn’t stay again.
