For the price I can’t complain. But… I had to sign a paper stating that I would not have any pets in the room. However, I saw at least four other people with dogs in their room. But overall I was happy with everything

The floors are dirty, I had to wear house shoes, and i asked to not be dist because I work at night, and didn't want to be woke up, but still the house keeper came banging on my door while sleeping.

I stay here often and I never really know what I'm going to encounter. Sometimes it's empty. Sometimes there's a lot of construction workers and line men. Sometimes there's vacationing families. Sometimes there's entire low income families living long term on the property. Sometimes the pool is full of men. Sometimes the pool is completely empty. My biggest complaint would be that their rooms are hit or miss, they often reek of smoke even though you requested a smoke-free room. I've been in rooms where the door doesn't 100% latch. Access to electrical outlets are the worst. The one or two in the room are overloaded with a bunch of electrical cords-- that definitely doesn't look safe. The worst is there's no real place to plug/charge your phone bedside. Aside from that, the rooms could definitely use some refreshing and some updating. I would stay again only due to the great price.

The location is great and the atmosphere there made me really feel at home. The staff was awesome. The laundry machines work great and affordable. Would definitely definitely recommend and I will be back

The ONLY place I stay in Fort Walton

Once again a comfortable and quiet stay at the Hole Inn the Wall. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Never had an issue that wasn't resolved in minutes. Location is convenient. Close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are large and comfortable. While it's an older hotel it is well maintained. Rooms are clean and well stocked with towels and linen. Shower is excellent with a lot of hot water and great pressure. I travel to Fort Walton weekly and this is the only place I stay.
