On the last night our air conditioner smelled like it was catching on fire. We called someone to the room...they said they were getting a Manager;and no one came. We didn't even get offered a different room. I was awake most of the night in fear our room would catch on fire.

The check-in process was terrible. The young lady was new and had to phone a supervisor for every little thing. After an hour, I ended up canceling the reservation and opted to pay $100 more at another location. I went to Tru in Santa Rosa and it was amazing.
