The cleaning staff were poor when it comes to cleanliness. When they came in to clean the room, they barely did anything. The floor was not vacuumed. The bed was haphazardly made. Blankets and pillows were left on my luggage for no reason. Trash was still left instead of being picked up. The toilet roll was placed with the wrapper still on the roll like they didn’t want to be there for work. When I went to the receptionist, they claimed they understood. The next day, they did make one of the beds and left the other one messy and untouched. You expect the staff to do their job especially since they’re being paid for such services. The area is okay, but the staff are not since they don’t care about keeping the property clean.

The resort was nice. Service at the pool was horrible. Little girl just walked around every hour or so and never made eye contact. I finally stopped her and asked her what her job was as we had never been to this resort. After that we met a nice person I think her name was Sharon and she was much better. Food at the resort is horribly priced. $25.00 for 3 pancakes, bacon and OJ. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
