Hard Pass! Dishonest, Unclean and Hazardous.

Zero Integrity with Owner/Management. Dirty. Unsafe broken toilet for 4 people. Dust allergen heaven. Hazardous puzzle table with glass top. Company was supposed to send maintenance to fix the toilet seat and arranged a specific time on our second day (of a two day vacation) for maintenance to fix the toilet. It was a simple 3.00 fix from a local hardware store, but maintenance never showed and company indicated they gave maintenance the day off after we waited for 2 hours. So we missed 2 plus hours of beach time, no call to advise us that nobody was coming, and we still had to deal with the broken/hazardous toilet seat the rest of the stay. After the trip, the company promised for 4 months to provide a partial refund for the stay to compensate us for the "inconvenience," and every inquiry about the status of the refund was met with "our payment system is down thank you for your patience." To this day I have never seen a credit on my account. You cannot speak to an actual manager/owner. Almost all communication is done via a messaging system/text. Avoid if at all possible.

Great Hotel

This is a great hotel lots of room very aesthetically pleasing. Has washer and dryer. It’s a nice place. Only downside is it’s really not in comfortable walking distance of shopping or the beach but it’s worth it to drive. There’s not really a front office but they make up for it and provide most of what you need with a great message system and friendly staff.

They must get new bath towels. It’s a blind spot with the ownership. All else is great but this very simple shortcoming is an important one. Put obtuse on the shelf and just invest in the towels. You’re better than that. You have a great Inn on 30A Just act like you’ve been there before . Easy
