I specifically picked this super eight because their own website said it had a laundry facility. When we got there, we were informed it was out of order. Our room was clean, but it definitely had a musty odor. I had a hard time regulating the shower temperature it took more than five minutes for it to regulated to where it wasn’t jumping from super hot super cold every couple of seconds.

Although the check in went smoothly the receptionist was not friendly with a smile and a glad you made it attitude. It may have been she just had a bad day for some reason or another. Anyway the stay was very pleasant and I do not want the receptionist to put in a bad position from this review. Like I said, she was probably having a bad day.

This is really the only hotel in ft sumner and they know it. No pride of ownership, dirty, no iron, no hair dryer, shower curtain rod falling off the wall. Tiny towels. Front desk girl was a low talker barely above a whisper then got frustrated when we couldn’t hear her. Plus very expensive for what you get
