Bad bad experience

This time the experience was terrible. As we got on to the room no lights. The TV was not working? Nor direct TV. The bed had a couple of blood spots. The sheet had stains like poop. No hhand soap.

My family stayed here one night while passing through on a road trip. The staff was wonderful in helping with some issues but the facility itself needs attention. The elevator button was missing, one elevator wouldn’t stop unless you pushed the door open button, the bathroom toilet smelled and had a ring due to not being cleaned and the sheets, although clean, was so old it had heavy pilling that made it feel like you had tons of sand in your bed.

This location is not well-managed.

The elevators are malfunctioning. There was old food in the room refrigerator. There were gummies under the edge of the couch. The pool had bugs and algae so bad we couldn't swim in it. They advertise having laundry facilities but they do not. The staff was pleasant, but unable to fix the issue.

Cleanliness issues

When we got into our room, we discovered that it wasn't very clean. It looked like some things had been cleaned and other things had been missed in multiple ways. We went back to the front desk to ask for a new room, and it took them a while to sort out getting us another room, partially because the front desk staff wasn't trained on how to deal with it, and also because they technically didn't have a room available, but in the end, it all worked out. The second room was definitely cleaner, but still below our standard for cleanliness, and then also the air conditioning unit was having some control issues. Ultimately, our room was cool, but we couldn't lower the temperature if we wanted it to. The staff was nice and pleasant though, and the breakfast staff was especially nice.
