The toilet was not cleaned, evidenced by visible grime on the toilet seat. The bedspread had what appeared to be fluid stains on it. The fold out sofa bed had dirty sheets on it with many hairs inside. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast. I was glad to see the room had a small fridge with a small freezer. Unfortunately, it never got cold so, by morning, we had to dispose of some food we had along. I think we were in #310. We enjoyed the extra space in the suite.

Good breakfast. Rooms and service were both fine - nothing stand out. Pool is indoors but not heated, so very cold. Spa wasn’t working. All around perfectly fine.

A little disappointed in this facility. At first it seemed very nice and clean but upon arriving to room, the door would not shut without my spouse lifting it up. Then it would not lock from inside. Tried calling the front desk, but the room phone did o not work. My spouse could not connect to their WiFi either. The breakfast was adequate but the bacon could have been a little thicker - thinner than paper. The orange juice only dispenses water and the microwave was filthy. Not happy at all with this facility
