The hotel is new and clean. There's nothing sorrounding the property which makes it difficult to get a grab to eat. I believe its purpose is to provide overnight stays to drivers navigating I10. The real problem with this place revolves around the room's insulation. You can hear everything, and I mean people snoring on the upper floor. My hvac system was not functional. I wanted to warm up the room since it was 20 outside.

loved every thing about the place the only thing needed is better way of driving up to the place, more signs at the entrance off the main road, i passed it and had to get back on the freeway and fine a turn around almost had an accident, but thank god not. that's only thing i see needs attention

Very clean room, staff was friendly and helped us make changes when there were issues we needed help with. They accommodated us with a room changed and a late checkout, which was incredibly helpful for us. The wifi was also very strong and worked really well to complete necessary emails and get work tasks done. The location of the hotel was great for travelers needing to get food and other necessities nearby.

Pros: friendly check in, free parking, free coffee station in lobby, quiet rooms even next to the elevator (didn't hear other guests), good AC, shower stall (vs tub) with plenty of hot water, and the best part was the bed & bedding - nice quality & VERY comfortable - better than more expensive hotels. Cons: smaller rooms, vinyl flooring in room, no microwave or coffee maker in room, free breakfast was low quality and picked over & they ran out of coffee by 9am, construction quality of the rooms (tiling, baseboards, caulking, painting, wallpapering and grout smeared all over the tile flooring) were so sloppy and poorly done making the room look dirty and run down even when its only 3 mos old.

Hotel was nice and the room was nice. The breakfast was decent. The only problem was that the whole place smelled really badly. And I guess that is due to the bad flooding that they had November 2025.

Room spotless in new hotel and breakfast and staff great, but it is a minimalist/compsct model with small room. Very good hot breakfast bar. Plenty of tables and chairs to eat at In-room refrigerator/microwave. Good heating/AC system.
