Courteous staff..hotel in poor condition. Crumbling stairways, lights in bathrooms uncovered leaving exposed bulbs, sections of carpet missing exposing concrete floor around bed.

Before reserving the room, we called and asked hotel staff if the Hot tub was working, they said yes everything was in working condition, but when we arrived at hot tub closed down the entire two days. Everything else was really nice

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Externally the property needs work (e.g. the stairs to the second floor) but for the price it's a great night's sleep.

The room was extremely sub par. The door had a big opening at the bottom. The light was coming through and a lot of things could have come in. The room had no large towels and the floor was filthy. Not even swept. The bathroom had a water leak and soaked the floor, so much so that when you walked on that area the water was coming up through the floor. T

The staff was very friendly, even letting us check in early. The pictures online seem to be very old. There was no mattresses per day on the beds, just a high piece of foam rubber. The bedframe moves all over the floor.every time you get up or sit down. Flooring between the beds was not glued down at all.

Only thing good about this hotel is the atrium, the that’s pretty cool. Otherwise, the beds are terrible, $9.99 bed frames from Amazon both of the queen frames were broken upon arrival, TV didn’t work, had wasps literally in my room. I have an 11 year old non verbal autistic child and the room didn’t even have a top lock on the door, in the middle of the night he could easily leave the room and be gone. Floors were literally destroyed in the bathroom and the flooring under the bed was torn off and thrown underneath the bed.. my father told me this hotel was pretty cool, he must have stayed at another atrium because this one is TRASH. Free coffee in the morning, eat that for breakfast.
